Abstract

COVID-19 effects many systems such as respiratory, nervous, renal and hematologic system. Third of patients have experienced neurological symptoms such as headache, anosmia, ageusia, and dizziness. Headache has been reported as the most common neurological manifestation but cases just headache are extremely rare. This case is a Covid-19 case with no symptoms other than sudden onset headache. The result of the nasal swab PCR sampling was negative however local infiltration areas with ground glass density in the periphery of the middle lobe, lateral segment of the both lungs were detected in the thorax CT.
